Manasseh Lapin
Attorney Manasseh Lapin has been providing trial and appellate litigation, as well as non-litigation, legal services to real estate investors, small businesses, and other entrepreneurs since 1999. He represents clients in the areas of asset protection, business and corporate law, contract law, estate planning, probate and trust administration, family law, immigration law, real estate investor law, securities law (private placements and related matters), and firearms and 2nd Amendment law.
Mr. Lapin received his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the school's Law Review, and where he received awards for academic excellence. He received his undergraduate degree, with honors, in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
Prior to being admitted to practice law, Mr. Lapin worked for more than a decade as a municipal (city) police officer and detective. Mr. Lapin is also a veteran of the United States military.
