Uncontested (Agreed) divorce cases provide Lapin Law Group with the ability to offer clients very reasonable priced, flat-fee legal services. For one flat-fee, clients receive all legal services needed to complete their divorce, including attorney representation in court at the “Prove-Up” hearing.



Agreed Divorce cases can be handled by telephone and email.*  You do not need to come to our law office.

Flat-Fee legal services for Uncontested (Agreed) Family Law Cases include:
  • One consultation to obtain necessary information about your case
  • Prepare your Original Petition for Divorce
  • Prepare a Waiver of Service Form for your spouse to sign
  • Draft Agreed Final Decree of Divorce
  • File all necessary documents with the Court
  • Represent you at the Court "Prove-Up" Hearing
  • Send you a certified copy of the Final Divorce Decree
